The tide is slowly turning against big coal. Several of the recently proposed coal mining projects have already been withdrawn since communities in the Pacific Northwest began speaking out against them.

But the fight goes on; this time in Portland, where Climate Solutions asked for a graphic illustrating the amount of coal slated to come through their city for use at a public hearing.
